JSPCA to hold its AGM

Johannesburg SPCA will hold its AGM for its members in the board room at Benray Road 5, Reuven, on July 29 at 10 am.

The business of the 118th AGM will be to:

• Adopt the minutes of the previous AGM held on July 18, 2020

• To consider matters arising from those minutes

• To receive the chairperson’s review of the society’s affairs for the past 12 months ending March 31

• To receive and consider the auditor’s report together with the audited financial statements for the year ending March 31

• To nominate and elect no fewer than five, and not more than 10, members to the board of directors

• To appoint auditors to the society for the ensuing year, and to consider any other business as may be transacted at an AGM.
