Twiggy the miracle dog needs a home

Twiggy came in not in good health but survived.

A very scared Twiggy arrived at JSPCA at the end of May. She was so scrawny she could hardly stand, she could not walk and she was too drained to do anything.

But against all odds, she pulled through and about a month ago, she was let out into the garden for some much-needed fresh air.

Twiggy was running around, barking, making friends and even ready to give employees at JSPCA some cuddles.
“She is an amazing dog with so much love to give. We trust we will soon be able to unite her with a loving family that will give her the life she deserves,” said Liana Marx of JSPCA.

“At JSPCA, we will never give up on the fight to help give abandoned and abused animals a better life. We are also deeply indebted to all supporters and members of the public who continue to support us with donations, monetary and in kind so that we can support our furry friends in need.”

If you are interested in adopting Twiggy, contact the kennels department on 011 681 3600 for more information.
