Join the Community Santa Drive
The community is invited to a Community Santa Drive on December 17, starting at 17:30 for 18:00.
Father Christmas will be handing out sweetie bags to all the children while doing a convoy supported by local patrollers, SAPS members, paramedics, fire brigades and local business owners.
The convoy will start at the Gatwick Circle and cover the New Redruth, Randhart and Raceview areas.
This is a community project by the community for the community.
The organisers said children have missed out on so much over the last two years and it is their mission to make Christmas 2021 one of the best ones.
“This is going to be a night to remember for young and old. It’s all about bringing back our children’s spirit of fun, and a show of force by our patrollers and security that this area will not be a town of easy pickings to any criminal elements. We are strong and we have spirit cause we are the community,” said the organisers.
