Principal congratulates Class of 2024
After a year of challenges and triumphs, Lara-Ann Koch celebrated the learners, acknowledging their hard work and determination.

As the Class of 2024 bade farewell to their school years, Marist Brothers Linmeyer high school principal Lara-Ann Koch reflected on a year of challenges, growth and achievements.
She proudly shared her sentiments on the resilience of this group of learners throughout their final year. This year’s results are the best the school has received, with many learners improving on previous performances.
Koch shared, “I am ecstatic about the learners’ performances. They were diligent learners all through their school years since they were in primary school. I think every teacher in the school has had input into the success of the outstanding results achieved.”
However, the journey to success was not without challenges.
“The only real challenge most schools face is time. The time in matric is very short to ensure the syllabus is finished and the learners are completely prepared, but we managed to complete the syllabus and prepare the learners on time.”
