Presiding officer not in court, Forest Hill murder case postponed again

The case is postponed to March 20.

The unavailability of Magistrate Habib and the absence of the case’s heads of arguments from the defence led to the postponement of the Forest Hill murder case.

The murder accused Kleave van Staden appeared again at Booysens Magistrate’s Court on February 29 where it was established that defence attorney Munyai did not have her heads of argument in court, as she was supposed to email them to prosecutor Bikwa.

Van Staden is accused of murdering his wife Jamillah on January 8, 2022, in Forest Hill.
