Queens of Naturena organise an outing to the zoo

The elderly self-funded the visit.

eZindala (meaning the elderly), also known as the Queens of Naturena, went on an outing to the Johannesburg Zoo on October 2

They organised the trip themselves with the help of Mam’ Connie, eZindala’s coach and coordinator, and Nceba Ndube, head of the Ward 119 Public Safety Portfolio and one of eZindala’s coordinators.

The group also self-funded the outing.

Ndube said transport was arranged with the Eldos Taxi Association and that the Queens of Naturena had a wonderful day at the zoo.
