Johannesburg SPCA AGM

Among other items on the agenda will be the appointment of auditors.

The Johannesburg Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (JSPCA) will hold its 123rd AGM for its members in the board room at the JSPCA, 5 Benray Road, Reuven, on July 15, at 09:00.

Business of the AGM:

1. Notice and constitution of the meeting.

2. To adopt the minutes of the 122nd AGM held on July 10, 2025, and to consider matters arising from those minutes.

3. To receive the chairperson’s review of the society’s affairs for the past 12 months ended March 31.

4. To receive and consider the auditor’s report and the audited financial statements for the year ending March 31.

5. To nominate and elect no fewer than five, and not more than 10, members to the Board of Directors.

6. To appoint auditors to the JSPCA for the ensuing year.

7. To consider any other business that may be transacted at an AGM.
