“This Discovery tournament is synonymous with crowds, so it is different without the magic of a fan-filled stadium.

But I am still so grateful we’re here, hosting the beautiful game. So many have longed for this for almost two years. It’s great to be back. I remember playing here like it was just the other day,” said 2019 Player of the Tournament Andile Dlamini, who also captained that year’s winning team, Mito Stars.

Discovery Soccer Challenge will end on December 29 at Nike Football Training Centre, and some of the southern suburbs soccer clubs are involved in the challenge.
