Triple Toes Primary’s sports day delights participants

Triple Toes Primary School's sports brought together students, parents, and staff for a day of spirited competition and celebration.

Triple Toes Primary School hosted a lively and engaging sports day on the March 15 at the Corinthians Sports Club in La Rochelle.

Antoinette Hoffman of Triple Toes said the event brought together learners from various teams, including Tip Toes, Top Toes, and Tiny Toes, for a day filled with friendly competition and camaraderie.

Learners enjoyed competing in the different events.

“Not only did the learners showcase their athletic abilities, but parents also joined in the fun, participating in friendly competitions among themselves. The school staff added to the excitement by competing for their respective houses the Buffalo’s, Lions, and Cheetahs adding a touch of friendly rivalry to the day’s events.

Learners took part in sports events filled with fun and excitement.

“The atmosphere was electric as children and parents alike cheered on their teams and celebrated the spirit of sportsmanship. Some children were honored with trophies, while others received certificates for their participation and achievements. The sense of accomplishment and pride was palpable among all participants.

“The success of the sports day left everyone buzzing with excitement and anticipation for future events. Parents enthusiastically shared ideas for upcoming activities, setting the stage for even more engaging and enjoyable events in the next term. The strong sense of community and collaboration displayed during the sports day bodes well for the school’s future endeavors,” said Hoffman.
