Community spirit shines at Marist Brothers Linmeyer’s 15th Golf Day

The golf day was a poignant reminder of the strong bonds that unite the Marist Brothers of Linmeyer.

On October 3, Marist Brothers Linmeyer hosted its 15th Annual Golf Day at Reading Country Club.

This popular event has become a key fixture on the school’s calendar, drawing strong support from parents and loyal service providers.

Once again, the day proved a huge success, with every aspect generously sponsored, reflecting the goodwill and dedication of the wider school community.

Marketing manager Tracy Edwards said, “We were also delighted to welcome back a special guest, a devoted golfer who flies in from Cape Town each year just to take part in the occasion. A big thank you to our main sponsor, Premier Trucks.”

The warm spring weather made the day even more enjoyable, as golfers networked and competed in high spirits.

“We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support that makes this event not only a fun day out but also an essential fundraiser for our school’s initiatives,” Edwards added.
