Applying the Callanetics technique provides the foundation for a supple and lean figure.

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – If you want to stretch, tone, acquire balance and poise while strengthening your core muscles from the inside out, then Callanetics is for you!

The best part is that clients do not have to travel out of the south in order to transform their bodies, there’s a Callanetics Studio right here in Glenanda.

Alison de Bruin is the owner of Callanetics Studio Glenanda and a member of the Callanetics Teacher’s Association of South Africa (CTASA). She derived her passion for Callanetics from her extensive dancing background and takes great pride in helping woman develop their body’s full potential and therefore, their confidence.

Applying the Callanetics technique provides the foundation for a supple and lean figure and sculpts the physique by activating the body’s deepest muscles. This exercise technique will benefit ladies of all ages while avoiding excessive and harsh movements which tend to cause injuries.

The movements used in the Callanetics program are small, yet intense and the results are noticeable within hours, however, consistency is key. This technique targets each muscle in its deepest layers ensuring overall strong but flexible muscles.

The Callanetics exercise method is founded on the dance techniques and principles of the famous German dancer Lotte Berk and was further developed by Callan Pinckney.

Come join us at No 3 Windsor Place in Glenanda from 18:30-19:30 and sculpt your body yourself from a Monday to a Friday. Earlier classes will be available depending on the demand.
