Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 4 – 6


  • 1 packet McCain Veggie Fingers
  • 1 packet McCain EmotiBites
  • 1 packet McCain Chilli Potato Bites
  • 250 grams McCain Corn
  • Blob of Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs


  • 1 cup pickled beetroot
  • Cocktail tomatoes
  • 300 grams cubed chicken fillets, seasoned and fried, placed in a bowl
  • ½ Pickled red onions, placed in a bowl
  • 1 cup store bough basil pesto, placed in a bowl
  • 1 cup store bought red pepper pesto, placed in a bowl
  • Bunch of grapes
  • Fresh basil leaves


  1. Cook the McCain Veggie Fingers, EmotiBites and Chilli Potato Bites according to package instructions
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the corn and steam for 5-7 minutes, add the butter and Italian herbs, season and keep aside – place into a small bowl


  1. On a large platter, place the McCain appetisers along with the corn and all the sides
  2. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
