Man is shot five times

He was transported to a nearby hospital. According to Sandton Police spokesperson Captain Bheki Xulu, the motive for the shooting is unknown.

Provincial police spokesperson, Captain Kay Makhubele confirmed that the man was driving with his daughter at the time.

The suspects were reportedly driving a silver/grey bakkie with an unknown registration number, according to Xulu.

A case of attempted murder has been opened for further investigation.
