Curro Academy Riverside hosts first spelling bee for learners

Curro Academy Riverside learners participated in the first spelling bee hosted at their school and learned new words in the process.

Curro Academy Riverside held its first spelling bee for its learners on August 2 and 12.

“The objective of hosting a spelling bee is to help to promote literacy by providing our learners with a positive goal to work towards, and give them a forum to display the fruits of their hard work,” said Cliantha Abrahams, the school’s marketer.
