The Adams Discount Centre gets a facelift
Adams Discount Centre celebrates 25 years in the Fourways area.
Adams Discount Centre, a family business that has been operating since 1935, is celebrating 25 years of being part of the Fourways community.
Having started in Doornfontein, the company saw growth opportunities in Fourways and decided to be part of it.
Naeem Bhyat of the centre said, “We feel and are part of the Fourways community which is like family to us as we are a close community. The Fourways Review is the perfect vehicle to alert the community to our offers and new products. We have been partners for years and the values of the publication and its staff is a big aspect of our relationship.”
The family business highlighted the importance of community media and commended the Fourways Review for evolving with the times and remaining relevant to advertisers. “Community media is one of the most important sources of news, this has not changed. Local news which pertains to our area is what is important and especially in today’s times. Credible news has never been more important.
“Having been a part of the Caxton family for years, we were as excited to see the Fourways Review relaunch. We have grown together over the years with a mutually beneficial relationship – community, Fourways Review and Adams – what a team.”
The centre, just like the Fourways Review, has just revamped its look to keep up with the times and stay fresh for its existing customers and hopes to attract new ones while remaining true to the same purpose when founded 88 years ago.
