Nova Pioneer School announced the launches the Nova Pioneer Foundation’s Financial Need-Based Bursary Programme and the expansion of their Academic Scholarships Programme.
These initiatives aim to make quality education accessible to more talented youth in Gauteng, regardless of their financial backgrounds.
These bursaries and scholarships will alleviate the financial burden that students and their families may face, making education more accessible and reducing barriers to entry. By easing financial constraints, scholarships will enable students to focus more on their studies, extracurricular activities, and personal growth, fostering a conducive learning environment.
These opportunities will not only boost students’ confidence and self-esteem but will also encourage them to pursue their passions and excel in their chosen fields. The financial support that will be afforded to up to 100 students from 2024, will ultimately enable them to realise their full potential and become successful contributors to society.

The Financial Need-Based Bursary Programme is designed to empower deserving students who demonstrate a genuine need for financial support. Nova Pioneer recognises that education plays a pivotal role in driving progress and development, and the foundation is committed to identifying and supporting talented individuals who lack the financial means to pursue their educational aspirations.
Chinezi Chijioke, chief executive officer at Nova Pioneer, said that through these initiatives, the foundation aims to shape the African century by nurturing the next generation of leaders and innovators who will make a positive impact on their communities and beyond.
“We are excited for the students who will take up these 100 opportunities to receive a life-changing schooling journey at Nova Pioneer, and for the valued contributions they will each make to our school communities, and to the world beyond.”
