Unity College students gain work experience at RocoMamas
Young minds at Unity College are taking a big step toward their futures with hands-on work experience at RocoMamas, gaining skills that will last a lifetime.

The school’s innovative work experience programme offers pupils, aged 16 and older, the opportunity to develop essential skills while still in school, equipping students with vital skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

Recently, senior pupils had an exciting opportunity to participate in job shadowing at RocoMamas in Fourways. During their time at the popular restaurant, students immersed themselves in the fast-paced environment, gaining firsthand insight into the dynamics of the restaurant industry.

They observed and learned about teamwork, customer service, and culinary operations – experiences that go beyond the classroom and foster real-world skills.
