Fourways Crossing to host another feel-good fitness morning

Residents are invited to lace up their takkies and join a free outdoor wellness event at Fourways Crossing on Saturday, featuring fitness sessions, wellness screenings, giveaways and community fun.

Following the success of its previous wellness event, Fourways Crossing is to host another edition of Feel Good Fitness at The Crossing, bringing together fitness enthusiasts, families and community members for a morning dedicated to health and wellness.

The free outdoor event will take place at the Bark Park Parking area on May 23, from 07:00 to 11:00.

Attendees can look forward to high-energy fitness sessions, free wellness screenings, giveaways, product samples and a lively community atmosphere aimed at encouraging healthy living.

Beverly Sefuralo, marketing manager at Fourways Crossing, said the event forms part of the centre’s ongoing commitment to promoting wellness within the community.

“After the incredible response from our previous Feel Good Fitness event, we wanted to bring the community together once again for another exciting wellness experience.

“This event is about encouraging people to prioritise their health while also creating a fun and welcoming space where residents can connect, move their bodies and enjoy positive community energy.”

She added that the event is designed to accommodate people of all fitness levels.

“We want everyone to feel included, whether you’re a regular fitness enthusiast or simply looking for a fun way to start your Saturday morning. It’s all about movement, wellness and creating healthy habits together as a community.”

Residents are encouraged to register in advance to secure their spot at the free event.
