Poppets get creative for Madiba

FOURWAYS - Precious Poppets Pre-school in Fourways decided to spend their 67 Minutes for Mandela Day creating a Madiba shirt.

MADE WITH LOVE: Young pupils from the pre school with their hand made Mandela shirt.

The special shirt was created by the children in the two senior classes. Hand prints on the shirt were contributed by youngsters of the baby centre.

The children learnt about the national hero and father of the nation.

“The children put a lot of effort into making today a special day and wish Madiba many happy returns on his 95th birthday. Everyone at Precious Poppets Pre-school wishes Tata a speedy recovery, he is in our thoughts and prayers. We love you Madiba,” said pupil Caitlin Kotze.
