Take a swing for Ark

The shelter for puppies and pregnant dogs, which is based in the Chartwell area, has scheduled the event for 13 September at Observatory Golf Club. The golf day is held in conjunction with Graphite Security and On The Box Events.

The centre’s social media and fundraiser manager Candice Eilertsen said there were some prizes, but the centre needed more companies or community members to donate more prizes to entice the community to participate in the golf day.

Places are available for four-balls and the centre is looking for the community to sponsor tees and the dinner.
