Adopt an Ark pup

This centre is the leading rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing shelter in South Africa.

They are a non-profit organisation which specialises in the homing and care of puppies as well as pregnant dogs.

The shelter has lots of puppies up for adoption who were rescued from bad situations, like Kiddo and Kisses who were found in a scrapyard close to death. Candice Eilertsen of the shelter said that they are both doing well now but are desperate for good, stable homes.

Tracy Otto, manager of Ark Animal Centre, said the adoption fee of R 900 included inoculations, a rabies shot, de-worming and sterilisation when the puppy reaches six months of age.
