St Peters College shines in IEB results

SUNNINGHILL- St Peters College is proud to announce a phenomenal 100% matric pass rate for this year, with 99 matriculants achieving a combined 133 distinctions.

 

“Our students achieved 133 distinctions overall and we make special mention of the following candidates including Tahseen Badat with five distinctions, Rishi Boodhia obtaining seven distinctions, Arran Brasler with five distinctions, Theodore Egling gaining five distinctions, Christopher Oakes achieving five distinctions and Shivkar Ramessur obtaining five distinctions,” said marketing manager of the school, Theresa Monoyoudis.

Lauren Edwards is the Dux Scholar for this year. She is a diligent young lady who sets high standards for herself. Besides her busy leadership role as Deputy Headgirl at the college, she ambitiously elected to study 10 subjects in her Grade 12 year and attained a distinction in each. She is placed in the top 5 percent overall in South Africa (IEB) (in the top 1 percent in English and Mathematics).

Melissa Musson is a talented mathematician and achieved seven distinctions in her final examinations. She has shown a high degree of interest and dedication to Mathematics and this has resulted in consistently excellent results throughout the year.

Nicolas Coche is the top Second Additional Language French student at St Peter’s College. He attained 95 percent for his final examination and he has taken Second additional Language French to a new level.

Braydon Rutter is placed in the top 1 percent in Maths Literacy in South Africa.
