Help unite John Doe with his family
RANDBURG - Randburg Police are appealing to the public for help in locating the family of a man who was found loitering on the streets of Randburg.
According to the Randburg Sun police are asking residents to come forward with any information they may have on the man.
The man had been seen at various shopping centres in and around Randburg as well as in Bryanston.
He was reportedly violent and refused to accept food donations, instead he frequently rummaged through bins looking for food.

The police arrested the man at the Randburg Police Station on 28 July, after he started to rummage in the station bins but refused to accept food that was offered to him.
The mystery man has now been taken to Helen Joseph Hospital where his mental capabilities will be assessed.

Anyone with information on the man or who his family is, is urged to come forward as soon as possible.
