Fourways High School 2015/2016 councillor group goes to a camping trip

FOURWAYS - Fourways High School councillors of 2015/2016 went on a camping trip to Babanango Valley in the heart of Zululand, to bond and get ready for the new year.

The pupils spent three days getting to know each other through team building activities that encouraged communication and helped them overcome seemingly impossible challenges.

The evenings consisted of stargazing, self-reflection and fireside dinners.

On the final day, they all cast their votes for the election of the four executives of the councillor body.

The pupils wished to send a huge thanks to their principal Mrs de Bruyn, teachers Mr Holiday, Ms Schmidt, and Mr de Bruyn for giving them the opportunity to grow as leaders and to strengthen the bond of this new councillor family.
