Mall of Africa support staff incentive
MIDRAND – Read how Mall of Africa rewards its security guards and staff members.
Mall of Africa management released a statement thanking its security staff for their efforts to keep the mall safe.
“When it comes to the efficient and safe management of a shopping mall, it is the behind-the-scenes folks who make it all happen smoothly. That is why at Mall of Africa we are recognising those who play these great roles, and we celebrate their excellence,” the mall’s management said.

The management added that their highly skilled security officers were responsible for keeping customers and employees safe. “Our security officers are responsible for guarding customer’s property as well as areas of the mall, and of course, guiding the odd shopper in the right direction. Our cleaning team ensures that all our facilities are clean and tidy at all times for maximum comfort and ease of use.
“As Mall of Africa management, we are proud of our support teams, and we appreciate all that they do to ensure an all-round awesome experience for our shoppers.”

To acknowledge the work of their teams, the mall’s management has implemented a rewards programme for employee excellence. Chosen employees will receive a cash bonus, a certificate of achievement and are recognised on the Mall of Africa Staff Wall of Fame, which is shared on the mall’s various social media platforms and on proud display on Level 4.
