Ward 93 councillor, Candice James shared her hopes and dreams for the New Year.
“Quoting Gordon B Hinckley when he said, ‘Go forward in life with a twinkle in your eye and a smile on your face, but with great purpose in heart,’ that’s how I feel about the New Year,” said James.

She believes that 2017 is going to be a year of forward momentum as she will focus on better service, better relationships and a better community.
“Through our challenges we look for a way forward, a solution and an action. I look forward to productive meetings and robust discussions for the betterment of the community.”
James added that she would like to encourage community members to get involved with their communities and
ratepayers association.
“This city is ours and with everyone’s help we can only more forward. 2017 we are ready for you.”
