“This year shook the entire world and every organisation,” she said. “Our school was not spared following the outbreak of Covid-19 that forced the world to find new ways of doing daily business. With the support of parents and community members, our school managed to achieve its desired academic targets. We would like to thank them for their continued support in ensuring that all the required details with regards to the Covid-19 protocols were put in place.”
Van Niekerk added that the school had not had a single case of learners or staff members contracting the virus. “We urge parents to keep children safe by adhering to all regulations put in place by government. We wish our Christian parents and community members a Merry Christmas and safe festive season. We also wish everyone a prosperous New Year. We look forward to a successful 2021, and to the opening of our Early Intervention Centre in June next year.”
