Beaulieu College celebrated its matric results for the Class of 2020.
Grade 12 learners obtained a 92 per cent bachelor’s degree pass. On average, there were two distinctions per candidate and 45 per cent of learners obtained an A or B aggregate.
The top three learners, who each obtained an average over 90 per cent, are Michelle King, Jared Bruggink and Sasha-Lee Roscher.
Michelle received nine distinctions in Afrikaans first additional language, English home language, equine studies, history, life orientation, life sciences, maths, physical sciences and advanced programme maths.
Jared received nine distinctions in Afrikaans first additional language, engineering graphics and design, English home language, history, life orientation, information technology, maths, physical sciences and advanced programme maths.
Sasha-Lee received distinctions in Afrikaans first additional language, English home language, business studies, geography, life orientation, life sciences and maths.
There are 16 learners who were ranked in the top one per cent of Independent Examinations Board learners.
