A worthy donation from Pinnacle College Kyalami

KYALAMI – The school collected an impressive 4 230 Easter eggs.

Pinnacle College Kyalami collected 4 230 Easter eggs for families and children in need ahead of Easter.

Executive head of Pinnacle College Kyalami John Pilkington explained that the school identified an opportunity to assist an organisation in order to spread some happiness for Easter.

While the project initially began as an outreach of the high school, families from the prep school soon joined in and contributed to the impressive donation.

The school handed the donations to charity organisation One Small Act of Kindness who distributed the eggs to children’s homes, informal settlements, underprivileged schools and low-income communities.

“One Small Act of Kindness has been working hard to uplift the communities around them and have a passion to assist people in need. They saw the opportunity to help families for Easter. Pinnacle College Kyalami did start to collect eggs in 2020 and then the lockdown happened, so we really wanted to help collect for them this year,” said Pilkington.
