Bowlers represent international community in Bryanston
Bryanston Sports Club hosted bowlers to an International Sports Day event.
Sandton bowlers were delighted to attend the International Sports Day hosted at the Bryanston Sports Club on November 12.
The fun day was characterised by bowlers dressed up in colours representing a variety of countries – England, Italy, Chile, Bahamas, Jamaica, New Zealand and Australia, to name a few selections on offer to participants.
“There’s 26 teams today of four players each. Each team chooses a country around the world and they dress up for that country,” said Bryanston Sports Club’s manager Pat Carolin. “Everyone has a really good time. Today’s one of those days where the bowlers don’t take it as seriously but are here just to enjoy each other’s company.”
