Junior College roll out the red carpet for new bundles of joy

The principal, Bianca Durrant is excited for the school's new chapter as they warmly welcome new and returning learners.

The gates of Junior College Gardens preschool are once again open and the atmosphere is filled with much laughter and excitement as little ones take their first step into their long educational journey.

Tshepang Senokoane is happy to be back at school.

The principal Bianca Durrant said, “It is the beginning of a new chapter, not only for our little ones but also for the parents who entrust us with their children’s growth and development. We are excited to embark on this adventure together, filled with anticipation for the opportunities and milestones that 2024 holds.

“We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our parents for choosing us as partners in their child’s early education. The preschool experience is a vital stepping stone in their journey towards becoming lifelong learners, and we are committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for their growth.”

She said their goal was to create a collaborative and supportive community where parents and their children felt valued and encouraged.

Remember, it’s okay to make mistakes – they are a natural part of learning and growing.”

She said the school couldn’t wait to see each of the learners’ unique talents and perspectives. “Be kind, be curious, and most importantly, be yourself. Together, we’ll create a year full of laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments.

“The year 2024 holds the promise of growth, discovery, and joy, and together, we can make it a year to remember. Here’s to a bright beginning and a wonderful year ahead.”
