In September last year, Biagioni became a proud champion in the International Banzai Cup, a title he obtained not once only but thrice. He won his third title in Berlin, Germany with the competition taking place from September 23 to 24, 2023.

“I am elated about my recent success in the international arena, particularly at the World Goju Ryu Championship, considering my last participation was nine years ago, where I secured a silver medal in New Zealand. I am deeply grateful for my continued good health and fitness at the age of 54, enabling me to compete in over 70 international events. I owe this longevity in my career to the blessing of God and the unwavering support of my family and the dedication of my students over the past four decades in karate.”
