EFC fighter Ayanda Zwane’s destroy mode activated ahead of his big bout
With his sights set on the championship title, Ayanda Zwane said he is ready to own the championship title after his next fight.
Ayanda ‘The Power’ Zwane is gearing up for the biggest EFC 121 fight of his life on March 6. Zwane will take on Billy Oosthuizen at the World Sports Betting Arena – EFC Performance Institute EFC Performance Institute in Paulshof.
With his sights set on the championship title, Zwane is more determined than ever to prove himself as one of the best featherweights in the EFC.

“I’m feeling super ready and just can’t wait to step into the hex and showcase what I’m capable of. This fight will put my name up there with the best in the MMA world, and I’m confident that I have what it takes to come out on top.”
He said his coach, Attlia Barna, had played a crucial role in preparing him for this fight, ensuring that his mindset was solid.

“There’s no pressure, but I’m super motivated going into this fight. Winning this fight gives me a second shot at the championship title, and I’m determined to showcase why I believe I’m the champion.”
When asked about his strategy for the fight, Zwane’s response was straightforward: “Destroy Billy Oosthuizen.” He said he was confident that he had the skills and determination to make it look easy, and he was ready to put on a show for the fans.
Zwane’s success wouldn’t be possible without the support of his team and sponsors. “It’s the people around me that set me apart from the rest. They put in the work day in and day out to help me showcase my skills, and I’m grateful for their support.”
The build-up has been an emotional rollercoaster for Zwane, who lost his grandmother during his training camp. However, he’s bounced back stronger than ever, thanks to the support of his team.
“We’ve got some new things in the back pocket that we can’t wait to show the fans. All the guns are coming out in this fight, and I’m ready to put on a show.”
He said becoming a champion wasn’t just about personal achievement, it was about inspiring the next generation of young fighters.
“Becoming a champion won’t be just for me; it will be for every young kid out there who has been told they can’t achieve their dreams. I want to show them that it’s possible to make it to the top, and I’m willing to put in the hard work to make it happen.”
