Chaos on N1 after truck overturns at William Nicol off-ramp

A truck has overturned on the William Nicol off-ramp on the N1 South, resulting in major traffic disruptions and safety concerns.

Ward 94 councillor David Foley has urged motorists to exercise extreme caution when travelling through the area, as movement across the highway poses a serious risk and traffic flow has been affected.
According to Foley the incident has led to looting and stealing, with people reportedly running across the highway to access goods from the overturned truck.
This has created a dangerous situation for both motorists and pedestrians.
