The nursery and rhymes day at Curro Chartwell celebrated the magic of reading and storytelling, as their executive head Angie Bezuidenhout captivated the children, reading from a selection of beloved storybooks.
Curro Chartwell recently hosted a vibrant nursery and rhymes day, aimed at nurturing a passion for books and reading among its youngest students.
The event was designed to engage children through storytelling, music, and interactive activities, all held in a specially decorated garden space that welcomed families and students alike.
Executive head Angie Bezuidenhout took centre stage, captivating the children with her animated storytelling as she read a selection of beloved storybooks.

In an unexpected twist, she also treated the children to a delightful mini-puppet show, adding an extra layer of excitement and enchantment to the day’s festivities.
The atmosphere was alive with the sound of laughter and singing, as children and their teachers enthusiastically joined in rendering popular nursery rhymes.
