“I went out and saw the car, and it was badly damaged. The car was occupied by two ladies, of whom I suspect they were drunk because I saw bottles of alcohol in the car.”
Goeieman said they are now without power in some parts of their property.
He said they have reported the incident to Eskom.
Many of the residents are wondering if Eskom can recoup money from reckless drivers, a question that Fourways Review redirected to Daphne Mokwena, the spokesperson of the power utility.
