Shooters comes with fun, games, and energy to Fourways Mall

Laughter, friendly rivalries, and plenty of high-energy fun lit up Fourways Mall as Shooters opened its doors on September 12.

Fourways Mall welcomed a new hotspot for sports and entertainment lovers, with the official launch of Shooters on the evening of September 12.

The store has quickly become a magnet for families, friends, and enthusiasts who enjoy fun, interactive games in a lively setting.

The opening night was nothing short of electric, as upbeat music filled the air while visitors tested out the wide variety of games available.

Among them was sports lover Fanele Msane, who joined in on several challenges, including a round of crazy golf against Fourways Review journalist Ditiro Masuku.

Msane claimed victory in the light-hearted contest, and the moment set the tone for the night. But what exactly is crazy golf? Staff member Amile Mabaso, who guided visitors through the activities, broke it down.

“Crazy golf is like mini golf, but with a twist. Instead of a straight course, you get fun obstacles, ramps, tunnels, and quirky designs that make the game unpredictable. It’s less about skill and more about enjoying yourself, laughing at the challenges, and celebrating the wins.”

The playful description matched the atmosphere perfectly, as groups cheered each other on at every hole.

Later in the evening, Msane found himself in another showdown, this time at the game that gave the store its name. Facing off against fellow guest John McQuire, the two threw themselves into the competition with gusto. For McQuire, the experience was one he had been anticipating for weeks.

“It’s a crazy feeling. We’ve been waiting for Shooters to open in Fourways, and it’s everything we hoped it would be.”

The night blended friendly rivalry with a festive social scene, showing why Shooters has the potential to become a go-to entertainment spot in the area.

With an exciting mix of games, energetic music, and the chance to meet new people, the venue caters to both serious competitors and casual players just looking for a good time.
