“Today is the day when the matric results have been published, and our matriculants or their families are coming in to collect their statements of results. “It’s a great celebration of the end of 12 years of hard work for most of them. Fortunately, the vast majority have been very successful.”

The school achieved an impressive 98.1% pass rate, with a total of 202 Distinctions. The quality of results standing out as a major highlight.
According to Holliday: “We had 227 candidates in total and over 70% achieved Bachelor’s Degree passes, and nearly a quarter received diploma passes. Very few received anything less, which is extremely pleasing. The quality of the pass is important to us.”
The principal emphasised that this year’s results represent more than just academic success.
“This is the start of the rest of their lives. Last year we were celebrating endings, but now we are celebrating beginnings. It’s a very symbolic start to something new.”
