Team Nissan’s journey began in early 2011. The team now comprises of Oscar Ncube, Zoleka Mosiah, Lexi Stais, Barry Taylor, Lorette Knowles-Taylor and Vincent Moemise.

In a press statement, Nissan said they based their team selection on the riders’ performances and passion to grow in the sport.

Nissan said, “Our team is one that we feel can compete for titles, enrich the lives of those less fortunate through our development clinics, as well as ensure that we strengthen the showjumping sport in our country.”

Nissan said Taylor, Knowles, Stais and Mosiah have secured their places as South Africa’s influential riders. Both Stais and Mosiah have proven to be the up-and-coming youth riders of the team.
