Xstatic about their performance
FOURWAYS – The dancers of the Xstatic Dance Studio in Pineslopes put on a production that was out of this world on 9 June when they performed at the Atterbury Theatre in Pretoria.
The young talented dancers of the Xstatic Dance Studio took on the Atterbury Theatre on 9 June as they put on their first major production of the year.
“The show went superbly,” said Lindy Liebmann, owner of the studio and one of the dance teachers. “The dancers really outdid themselves, and both I and their parents are beyond proud.”
The production saw 78 dancers of varying ages and skill levels performing on stage in a production entitled The Planets and Us, which dealt with the natural world and how humans should care for it.
“The theatre was almost 100 per cent full with only a few seats left open [on the night].”
Xstatic Dance students usually perform in two productions a year, and a second one will be put on later in 2018.
