Equestrian soars at SA Champs

Jaymie Meyer of HeronBridge College competes in the open pony showjumping class at the Back on Track South Africa Youth Championships held in the Eastern Cape in December.

She jumped 1.2m on her pony, Bodenhausen Le Chocolatier (also known as Chuckles).

This is the highest class that ponies are able to compete in. Under some serious pressure, she was the only rider to go double clear in her championship class, winning her the title of SA champ.
