Do some sliders with the Schillers
SUNNINGHILL – Local physiotherapist and her husband share videos of workouts one can do at home.
Doing sliders can help one further strengthen their core and stomach muscles.
Sunninghill physiotherapist Olivia Schiller and her husband Max shared a video of this particular workout online.
The pair have been posting free exercise videos online to help people exercise at home during the lockdown.

The exercise video starts with Max in a plank position on a slippery floor and two cloths under his toes. His hands are resting on a workout mat so they do not slip.
“You are going to go up into a plank position and then first you are going to bring your knees into your chest like a normal mountain climber,” explained Olivia as Max demonstrated.
He lifted one knee at a time towards his chest, sliding the cloth along the ground with his toes as he did so.
“That is option one. Then you can do knee to elbow as option two. So take your legs wide. Good and keeping that bum down,” Olivia added as Max dragged his knees up again but wider of his chest.
Recent exercise videos the pair have uploaded included an advancement of the side plank, the roll up and more stomach and core exercises.
