Fans roar at World Boxing Entertainment’s 54 event
A thrilling night of Action Boxing ended with a bang as Rosier Van Blerk stunned with a 2nd-round stoppage, and Marnu Kilian and Tristan Jansen Van Vuuren took the fight of the night title.

The World Boxing Entertainment (WBE) 54 event at Lock, Stock & Beer, delivered an unforgettable night of Action Boxing, filled with electrifying performances, thrilling matchups, and an electric atmosphere that left the crowd of 300 fans in awe.
A highlight of the evening was undoubtedly newcomer Rosier Van Blerk’s decisive second-round stoppage victory over Hylton Turner, sending a bold statement to the boxing world.
While Van Blerk’s win grabbed attention, the ‘Fight of the Night’ was awarded to the thrilling bout between Marnu Kilian and Tristan Jansen Van Vuuren. The fighters put on a display of heart, grit, and skill that had the audience roaring with excitement.

The audience was fully immersed in the action, with the crowd’s energy elevated by giveaways sponsored by Norman Good Fellows, including a shadow boxing contest and a dance-off.

WBE organizer Stephen Castle commented about the night’s success. “In tough times for most, it’s wonderful to see the crowd still come out to support the boxers and WBE. The fighters delivered, and the fans gave back tenfold with their energy and engagement. It was an incredible night that we’ll always remember.”

As the curtains closed on WBE54, the excitement only builds for WBE55, which will return to Lock, Stock & Beer on March 5, with another thrilling lineup of matchups and surprises in store.
