Twitter reacts: “Obani lababantu” hitmaker dies after a positive Covid-19 result
JOBURG – Sbu Mpungose has released a statement stating that her aunt was self-isolating after receiving a positive Covid-19 result on Monday, 7 December.
South Africa is today mourning the death of 65-year-old Nkosingiphile Olpha Selepe known famously as Gee Six Five.
Selepe retired in March as a teacher. She was pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in higher education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
Sbu Mpungose reported the news of her aunt’s passing early this morning (9 December) on Twitter.
