The Katlehong police recently arrested two men on charges of contravening copyright and for being in possession of stolen property.
The men, aged 23 and 25 respectively, who are students at the Ekurhuleni West Collage were arrested when lectures discovered them using cellphones during an examination.
Upon further inspection of the cellphones lectures discovered that the men had several examinations papers and the answers stored on their devices.
Police were called to the scene and the men were arrested.
It is still unclear where the two got the information from, the matter is currently being investigated.
The accused have since appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court.
