Monster, a 10-month-old cross-dachshund/Yorkshire terrier, went missing from his Verdun Street, Delville home on October 6.
He suffers from a skin problem on his back and one of his front paws which results in him getting very itchy.
He also has a weak appetite so gets fed special food.
His owner, Betsie Potgieter, is desperate to have him back as he is part of the family.
