Thirteen injured in accident
Netcare 911 responded to the scene of an accident in Roodekop, on Monday.
Thirteen people were injured after a truck collided with a taxi on the R554 in Roodekop, on Monday.
The accident took place at about 3.30pm.
“The exact details as to the cause of the accident will remain a subject for police investigation and comment,” said Athlenda Mathe, media liaison officer for Netcare 911.
“The injured were stabilised on scene and transported to various hospitals in the area for further medical care.”
