Elsburg Eagles Cricket Club batted first in their Promotion League match against the Avion Cricket Club, at the Scaw Main Oval in Dinwiddie recently.

The Eagles set their score of 85 runs for 10 wickets in their 50 overs.

Avion replied and, with only three wickets down, hit 90 runs, which secured them a seven-wicket win.
