Katlehong police nab 27

Police arrest 27 suspects during weekend operation in Katlehong South.

The Katlehong South police have been focusing on police visibility in their latest operations.

The aim is to make the community aware of their presence in the area.

During a recent operation officers arrested 27 suspects for various offences.

Charges included, common assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, drinking liquor in public, business robbery, theft and possession of drugs, including dagga and nyaope.

The suspects appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court where their cases were postponed for a number of different reasons.
