Primrose East residents urge the metro to fix the Primrose Sport Centre soon.

The state of the Primrose Sport Centre is a serious cause for concern for Primrose East residents.

The walling around the centre was damaged during the floods that occurred in November, last year.

“The wall has not been repaired since,” said Primrose Sector One CPF day patroller, Yvonne Bezuidenhout.

“The wall was badly damaged, which has caused a lot of openings around the centre.”

Bezuidenhout said crime has increased in the area as a result of the openings.
